Global Protect Troubleshooting


Can you clear your cache
 
If your GP (Global Protect) fails with Authentication Failure Enter Login credientials

  • Verify your Login Credientials are correct
  • Clear Your Cache by Delete the PanPUAC_* Files
    • C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Palo Alto Networks\GlobalProtect 
    • Delete PanPUAC_*
